Sharjah24: The Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) celebrated the talented and creative students, in support of the programs presented to them in order to discover their abilities and areas of creativity, coinciding with the Gulf Day for Giftedness and Creativity., which falls on the 3rd of March of each year.

On this occasion, the Educational Center for the Arabic Language for the Gulf States in Sharjah, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, organised several activities, contributing in developing the language creativity and talent, with the participation of a group of experts and specialists in the field of giftedness and creativity in the Arabic language.

Through its programs to care for talented and creative people, the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States seeks to discover and develop the positive behaviour of the students’ talents, in addition to creating the appropriate educational climate to promote their creativity and provide the best community care.

The symposium coincided with all events with the aim of encouraging more creativity and innovation within the framework of the efforts of their excellencies and the ministers of education in the office to intensify efforts to pay attention to this category. The General Conference of the Bureau in its 23rd session held in the State of Kuwait (21 and 22 October 2014 AD) approved a Gulf Day for Giftedness, under the name of "Gulf Day for Giftedness and Creativity", to be celebrated every year on 3rd of March.
