Here is Al Qasimia University, and the pillar of this university is the Holy Quran and the Arabic language, and it is noted in the college’s formation, five colleges and in the middle is the College of Al Quran, and this is a tribute to the Holy Quran. His Highness, Ruler of Sharjah, during the opening ceremony of the Islamic Manuscripts House at Al Qasimia University in Sharjah, presented the phrase "Enlightenment with Knowledge and Education", a title associated with the unique Al Qasimia University, which was added as a gigantic and brilliant pearl to the educational institutions in the university city, to be a new scientific center that provides university education as a basis to spread the Arabic language, Holy Quran and Islamic sciences in general.
 
His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, points out that the idea of the university, its beginnings, and the great development that culminated in its march were not intended except for good, for all countries of the world, and for presenting the moderate message of Islam and Arabic language sciences with full scholarships, and gathering in the study classes different students of all nationalities. As a new and unprecedented idea, it provides a knowledge experience that represents a summary of the strategy and vision of the Emirate of Sharjah in spreading science and knowledge, and caring for the human being as the main topic of change and development in societies.
 
His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah also talks to us about the importance of designing and establishing Al Qasimia University on a specific pattern to honour the Holy Quran, which is the mainstay of the university, as the university represents a home for science, knowledge and culture. The Arabic language was used by the speakers of different languages in the world to explore and specialize in it. This diversity is what makes Al Qasimia University a collection of various sciences and lovers of Islamic heritage, and Sharjah's gift to the world.
 
With all the above data, Al Qasimia University, which bears a special name symbolizing a glorious history in the service of humanity, deserves to be, with all merit, the ambassador of Sharjah and the Arabic language with all due merit, as a project that collects all the knowledge and culture that the emirate has worked on, to transfer it to students who, after they graduate from it, bear the stamp of Sharjah and its ambassadors in their countries, which is what Sharjah is greatly honoured and considers its clear and complete message.
