Sharjah24: Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) announced that the registration is now open for the “Real Estate Excellence Award” for the year 2021 in its different categories. The award starts from the 3rd of February, and the deadline for submitting participation files is on the 25th of March, as the award winners in its various categories will be announced on the 2ndof June 2021.

The Award covers four categories, which are Real Estate Offices Category, Real Estate Companies Development, Best Owners Association Board, and finally Best Management Supervision Services Companies Category.

The Department also listed the general participation requirements for the Award, and the most important of which are: to ensure that you registered in the relevant category, to fill out the form in accordance with the criteria set by the department, to write in a concise and clear manner as possible, to review the application file and to ensure that all the required information is mentioned, and finally to avoid using specialized terminology and instead to use general terms that help convey the idea in a simple way.

 Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Department, said “the Award is meant to support and develop the real estate sector in Sharjah, and to continue the march of excellence and creativity. In addition, the increasing efforts will stimulate this vital sector in the economy of the smiling emirate, and will attract more local, regional, and international investments for it, by following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and thanks to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, which aims to provide a stimulus and nurturing environment for real estate investments at all levels”.

Furthermore, Humaid Al Abbar, an Advisor to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, indicated that the Award also aims to "motivate workers in the real estate market in Sharjah, raise the competitive level between companies operating in the real estate sector, and encourage different groups working in this sector to make greater efforts and to excel in their work."
