His Highness Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, during his speech at the inauguration of the Sports Complex in Mleiha City, presented an integrated approach to educating and nurturing the community by focusing on the upbringing of the person himself, in addition to the approach that Sharjah is following its priorities in caring for the whole society, and its comprehensive and integrated vision for the advancement of community members and developing their capabilities, for a better, safe and distinct future for society through the development of all its members.
 
His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah drew a sustainable approach that concerned the human being through his proper education, introducing what people see of the causes of development represented in urbanization and construction, which Sharjah did not fail in, so it was a great civilisational renaissance that organised the emirate and pervaded all its cities, which made it take its natural place and achieved a decent life for its children, so that the Emirate was distinguished in its approach to caring people since childhood.
 
On a major occasion such as the inauguration of the Sports Complex in the Mleiha region, the celebration expresses the approach of the development and advancement which is the most important thing that Sharjah is working on. And Sharjah approach is complementary to each other where the beginning is with the person himself, to know right and wrong and approach knowledge and correcting behaviors so that it is the first safety valve for himself, and thus to start his first steps towards success, and there are parents who are the ones who must plant the first plant and water it with goodness and provide the right environment derived from the righteous religion, and the beautiful morals and values of society, and they undertake to care and guide, so that it arises towards good morals, patriotism, science and family.
 
After that, the role of society begins, so that the benign values are based on the interaction between all members of society, and the standard by which all the bad behaviors end and distinguishes the people of society with Arab and Islamic traditions.
 
At the conclusion about what Sharjah has been going on for decades, a clear call for cooperation and mutual assistance in raising children, for everyone is responsible, and everyone is winner, and they must benefit from what the emirate provides and prepares in correct and clear ways and methods, in addition to the good places that contain useful things, which is a cycle in which time and space are integrated to present the best that can be offered to the human, which makes him useful for himself, his family, his community and his country, and carries the safety valve against everything that enters the community to change its tolerant values and the approach that it follows.
