Sharjah24: The educating process is a hobby, through which the teacher bears the responsibility of building the generation, thus, we notice that the teacher has been granting all his thinking and keeping pace with the development in education field in order to present the curriculum in a perfect way.

With these words, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, started his visit to Sharjah Education Private Authority,  on 3rd November 2020. 

His Highness presented a fatherly compassionate speech during his visit to Sharjah Education Private Authority headquarters, through which it reflects his remarkable keenness to educate his children properly, including a statement to the authority’s staff who are responsible of the educational process and the ambitious strategic plans contained in the authority’s programmes which are supervised by His Highness. Sharjah Ruler continued his sympathetic speech by shedding light on the education as a foundation stone of the society, steaming from his belief that the reform and progress of the society begin with education specifically from the school classrooms which are leaded by the teacher.  

His Highness clearly explained during his speech the teaching career, pointing out that is a hobby in which it contained several concepts such as personal desire, compatibility of skills, availability of psychological and scientific capabilities and love, therefore, the work becomes a hobby when we desire and present it with all love, gratitude and complete feeling of satisfaction. 

Sharjah Ruler underscored the importance of the education through presenting comprehensive scientific advices for teacher to succeed in his career, as it is the base of progress in the society. His Highness added, while the teacher performing his duties to the fullest based on his beloved hobby, he will grant his sincere giving to the new generation properly, highlighting that teaching is a career that is different from other careers in its messages and objectives,  in which the product in the teaching career is a human who we are working to prepare him to face the challenges in the future arming with Islam’s concepts and sincere values. 

With this wise definition, His Highness underlined the importance of teacher’s development of himself as it is the basis of the educational process, thus, teacher must love his career and perform his duties to the fullest, stemming from his passion, enthusiasm and love, highlighting the importance of being updated and keeping pace with the latest development in the field of education.
