Sharjah24: The successful completion of the corporate social responsibility campaign titled "From the Youth to Sharjah" organized by the Sharjah Youth, which reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and his wife Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Chairperson of the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators , on the importance of protecting the environment, preserving its biodiversity, and optimizing its resources.

The members of Sharjah Youth played an exceptional and active role in enriching the campaign's activities and initiatives. A group of 80 members distributed 1500 agricultural seedlings of seasonal crops suitable for the soil in the dry and coastal areas of Sharjah Emirate. They distributed them to homes near the Sharjah Youth centers located in the Emirate, in Sharjah City, and in the central region in Al Dhaid, Mleiha, Thumaid, and Madam, in addition to the eastern region in Khorfakkan, Kalba, and Dibba Al Hisn.

The initiative received great acclaim and participation from the residents of the Emirate, citizens, and residents alike, who showed their support for the members' efforts and their full readiness to participate in these campaigns, which aim to preserve and protect the environment and achieve its sustainability.

The members participated in all stages of the comprehensive corporate social responsibility campaign in support of the environment. Their efforts also focused on fruitful participation in the "Tree Planting Campaign" held in collaboration with the Sharjah Municipality, the Dhaid Municipality, and the Khorfakkan Municipality, in various locations across the Emirate. Prominent locations included Waset Nursery in Sharjah City, the trails of Jebel Al-Rabi in Khorfakkan City, and some main streets in Al Dhaid City. They learned the proper methods of planting seedlings, their cultivation, and watering techniques to ensure their growth and reproduction.

The campaign embodied the prominent positive role of Sharjah Youth in promoting awareness of the importance of environmental conservation and instilling a set of values in its members, including engagement, influence, citizenship, and sustainability. This was achieved through various qualitative stages of the campaign by involving them in community initiatives and activities that enhance cooperation and teamwork skills, enabling them to leave their unique mark and have a positive impact on the local and Emirati community.

Furthermore, the campaign empowered the members of Sharjah Youth to contribute to the preservation and sustainability of the environment through their effective roles in spreading the culture of environmental sustainability and encouraging the public, from all segments of society, to engage in agriculture. This stems from their commitment to participate in qualitative activities that foster a societal sense of responsibility towards the environment and increase green spaces to enhance the aesthetic appearance and provide a healthy and safe environment
