Amal Al Randi: Sharjah kids' reading activities boost positivity

Sharjah 24: Kuwaiti children's literature expert, Amal Al Randi, shared her delight in contributing to a symposium focused on nurturing children's positive and intellectual growth at the 15th edition of the Sharjah Children's Reading Festival. Al Randi emphasised the importance of providing children with constructive feedback through stories and educational materials, as well as guiding parents in this endeavour.
Speaking to "Sharjah 24", Al-Randi highlighted her active participation in various workshops facilitated by initiatives like Friends of the Library and the Read and Taste campaign. During these sessions, she showcased a selection of her stories, including "Ambassadors of Tolerance," "Honey Gardens," and "My Mother’s Delicious Food," illustrating how storytelling, workshops, and music can contribute to fostering a child's positive outlook and perception of the world.
