Al Houli witnesses Amiri Guard programme’s graduation ceremony

Sharjah24: The graduation ceremony of the "Military Preparation for the General Command of the Amiri Guard - 1" programme was witnessed by Brigadier General Ghanem Khamis Al Houli, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Amiri Guard, along with several department directors and heads in the command. The programme, which saw the participation of 59 members, was organised by the Training and Shooting Section of the Operations Department in collaboration with the Resources and Support Services Department of the Amiri Guard. It was conducted for 12 weeks, from February 5, 2024, to April 18, 2024.
The programme is unique for its comprehensive training on various educational and training topics related to the latest developments in different security fields. The participants underwent an extensive training program that included multiple specialisations, such as shooting, personal protection, facility protection, and riots, along with field movements covering infantry, weapons, operations, sports, and other training aimed at developing their skills and refining their abilities to deal with all challenges with remarkable skill.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief handed over certificates to the graduates, congratulated them and the course trainers, and wished them success in their professional lives. He emphasised the importance of conducting such courses, which play a vital role in developing recruits and equipping them with the necessary skills and capabilities to take on the responsibility placed on them through comprehensive training programs that simulate practical reality and cater to the various specialisations of the leadership.
