Sharjah24: The Sharjah Islamic Affairs Department (SIAD) inaugurated the Masjid Al Hamideen in the Al Taiba area of Al Dhaid in the central region of the Emirate of Sharjah.
The mosque can hold up to 550 worshippers, including both men and women. It is part of a Ramadan initiative to create a spiritual environment for residents by building mosques that serve to their needs, both physically and emotionally.

A mosque was constructed on a spacious land area of 11,974 square metres. It encompasses the prayer hall along with various amenities like ablution areas, bathrooms, the Imam's residence, and other facilities catering to worshippers and visitors.

The prayer hall can hold up to 550 worshippers, with a separate area for women. The mosque was built with a blend of Islamic architectural style and contemporary design, topped by a 26-meter minaret and a circular dome.
