Sharjah24: To celebrate the holy month of Ramadan, Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club has introduced a unique programme, the first of its kind during this special month, as part of its daily schedule called 'Ramadan Inspirations from the Virtuous City,' in partnership with the Sharjah Department of Islamic Affairs (SDIA).

A selected group of mosque imams from Dibba Al Hisn and the Eastern Region will provide thirty days of spiritual and cultural recommendations all pertaining to the month of Ramadan. Dr Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of Dibba Al Hisn Sports Club's Board of Directors said that the programme is a qualitative addition to the club's offerings during the blessed month of Ramadan, in line with the general trend to highlight the cultural and Islamic significance of the Emirate of Sharjah.

Al Mutawa emphasised that Ramadan programmes provide a certain kind of connection with the audience. The first episode of the program, titled "Welcoming Ramadan," was broadcast yesterday, Monday, by Sheikh Hassan Mohammed Amirah.
