Sharjah 24: Curtain came down on the activities of "Sharjah Cinema Days", organised by the FANN Foundation and the Sharjah International Film Festival for Children and Youth (SIFF), which were held in Buhais Geology Park, with the participation of Emirati artists and directors, presenting a number of their artistic works, as well as showing a number of masterpieces of international films.
Emirati artist Hamad Al Jasmi, who participated in Sharjah Cinema Days, extended his thanks and appreciation to “Sharjah Cinema Days” for giving him the opportunity to participate in the event with "Nostalgia of the Emirates”, to take visitors and the public on a journey to the past and learn about the way of watching works of art and films on television.
Al Jasmi explained to "Sharjah 24" that the participation is a qualitative addition to his artistic career, extending his thanks to the FANN Foundation and the Sharjah International Film Festival for Children and Youth, headed by Sheikha Jawaher bint Abdullah Al Qasimi, Director General of the Foundation, for their continued support of Emirati artists and directors.
