Sharjah24: In pursuit of its strategic objectives focused on effectively managing and investing endowment funds within legal and Sharia boundaries, the Awqaf Department of Sharjah has successfully concluded a residential villas project in the Talae area, Mughaidir District, valued at approximately 9 million dirhams. This project encompasses eight residential villas spanning across a 3502 square meter area.

Taleb Ibrahim Al Marri, Director General of the Department, affirmed that the project's returns will contribute to the growth of the endowment and the fulfillment of its goals. He underscored the department's dedication to achieving sustainable development through the execution of real estate investment endowment initiatives. Furthermore, he clarified that these investment ventures will play a role in augmenting financial returns, serving as a consistent source to ensure the continued provision of services and support to beneficiaries, and expanding their outreach.
