Sharjah24: Sharjah24: The Department of Social Services, represented by the Sharjah Volunteer Centre, organised the second volunteer event for the "Tarahum for Gaza" (Solidarity for Gaza) campaign in partnership with Sharjah Charity International, the Big Heart Foundation, and the Red Crescent Society. On Sunday, October 29, the event was held in Al Bayt Mutawahid in Sharjah.

Several notable Emirate people took part in the effort, and roughly 1000 volunteers worked together to produce 5000 food parcels. These gifts contained everyday basics, food, and things for children and women.

The Sharjah Volunteer Centre stated that this volunteer opportunity supports the UAE's national mission to give ongoing assistance to their Palestinian brothers.

The Sharjah Volunteer Centre thanked the partnering organisations and appreciated the volunteers' fast reaction to the campaign.
