SEC extends outsourcing documentation services of trade companies

Sharjah 24: Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC), in the presence of Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council, chaired, Tuesday, SEC meeting held in the Sharjah Ruler’s Office.
During the meeting, the Council discussed a number of topics, on the agenda, related to monitoring the performance of government sectors in the emirate, and taking the necessary decisions to support growth and enhance joint work between government agencies in a way that reflects the development of services and achieving community satisfaction.
The Council reviewed the report on the integrated sewage system project, where sewage network projects were implemented in the Muwailih region.  In addition, the report included a pumping station, a main pumping line, and the treatment plant in Al Houma region.

The report reviewed the results of the SEC recommendations regarding implementing the required modifications to the internal networks of buildings, and coordinating the project between local government agencies.

The Council also recommended providing the necessary facilities to building owners and shop owners affected by the project in the region.
The Council approved the extension of outsourcing services for documenting transactions of trade companies in Sharjah, providing customers with multiple means of obtaining the service, through digital and electronic channels, or service centres in the cities and regions of the emirate.

SEC directed to provide the best quality services to customers in a shorter period of time and user-friendly procedures.
