Sharjah 24: Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), promised to carry out His Highness's directives during the "Direct Line" programme on Sharjah Sports, in which His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, gave some directives.

These guidelines highlight the important social function that sports clubs serve. In this regard, he assured the public that the Council's operational plans and programmes would increase community activities and events that would engage the people of the UAE and their families.

His Highness's words serve as inspiration for the Council's plans and programmes, he said, and the Council always puts His Highness's directives first.

The Chairman of the Council further noted that His Highness' orders will be implemented without delay, with the Council keeping a careful eye on how the various clubs comply.

Every club's neighbourhood should be able to make use of the resources His Highness has made available for the care of its members; therefore, we'll be keeping an eye on them to make sure that happens.

He thanked His Highness for the clear and timely directions that help drive work, shape development, and boost results.
