Sharjah 24: Alef Group CEO, Issa Ataya, announced special offers at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition, ACRES 2023, and revealed the launch of Darb 4 residential tower at Al Mamsha Raseel (Zone 3). He added that the exclusive offers include Hayan and Al Mamsha.

He told “Sharjah 24” that since the beginning of the year, with the support of the Sharjah government, and with the foreign ownership law in place, we have witnessed a large difference and growth in the volume of demand, especially from foreigners and Arab citizens, adding that this demand is substantiated by significant growth the emirate has witnessed in recent years.
