Sharjah24: Dibba Al Hisn City Council, in cooperation with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, organised a lecture on cardiac wellness, presented by Dr. Nadia Obaid Al Matroushi.

At the Council's headquarters, the lecture was attended by Suleiman bin Juma'ah Al Yahya'i, Chairman of the Dibba Al Hisn City Council, members of the Council, government departments officials, and some residents.

Dr. Matrooshi explained the importance of community impact on cardiac wellness, considering periodic examinations, following a healthy diet, and exercising periodically.

During the lecture, she discussed common heart diseases and ways to prevent them.
