Sharjah24: Al Kharous Suburb Council affiliated to Sharjah Suburbs and Villages Affairs Department organised a social initiative that targets the people of Dibba Al-Hisn, aiming to strengthen social cohesion that binds families during the holy month of Ramadan.

The initiative comes in line with the Council’s keenness to deepen the values of social solidarity amongst the people. The attendees were briefed on how people used to celebrate the the holy month of Ramadan.

Commenting on this, Juma Al Mughni Al-Hamoudi, Chairman of Al Kharous Suburb Council confirmed the remarkable significance of the initiative, stressing that it reflects the wise vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aiming to serve the community’s members with the establishment of the suburban councils, as well as enhance social relations between the people of the suburb.
