Sharjah24: Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and head of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs (DSVA) , reviewed programs and plans of Wasit Suburb Council in Sharjah .

This came during a visit made by Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi to the suburb headquarters on Sunday evening, accompanied by His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Suleiman Al Kabouri, Director of the Department, as they were received by His Excellency Abdullah Saeed Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Wasit Suburb Council.

The meeting was attended by members of the Wasit Council, His Excellency Abdulaziz bin Dukhin Al Matroushi, His Excellency Ahmed Muhammad Al Hammadi, His Excellency Abdullah Hassan Al Yasi and a number of officials and employees of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs.

During the meeting, a number of issues on the activity of the Wasit Suburb Council were discussed and various initiatives and challenges were also mulled in order to serve people of the suburb.

His Excellency Abdullah Saeed Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Wasit Suburb Council, valued the visit of Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, and his keenness to meet with members of the Council that support the council’s march to achieve its goals.
