Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Cultural Salon (SCS), organised in the Cultural and Media Office of the Sharjah Supreme Council for Family Affairs, and within the programme of honouring the winners of the fifth edition of the Sharjah Gulf Women Creativity Award”, and on the occasion of the Month of Reading "March", a dialogue session titled "Reading Attitudes...and Recipient's Choices" was held at the House of Wisdom in Sharjah.

Several poets from the GCC Countries have participated in the session, which was moderated by the Emirati poet and writer Sheikha Al-Jabri, and addressed several topics related to reading, publishing standards, and differences over types of poetry, children's literature, and others.

The session concluded with popular poetry readings by participating poets.
