Sharjah24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, witnessed on Wednesday morning, the conclusion of the Commander-in-Chief's Cycling Championship in its 3rd edition, which was held on the Sharjah-Nizwa road, for a distance of "40" kilometers, with the participation of 31 contestants from various departments of Sharjah Police.

Al Shamsi stressed the police's interest in motivating its members to practice various sports activities as a lifestyle, and its keenness to organise sports tournaments according to an annual agenda, to raise the police's physical fitness and enhance the quality of healthy and sports life in the community.

He crowned the winners of the first three places, where Hassan Al Hammadi won first, Corporal Badr Saleh Al Kaabi came second, and Captain Omar Mohammed Al Naqbi came third.
