Sharjah 24: Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, confirmed that the third edition of the Contact Centres Forum was awash with discussions by experts on the reality and future of call centres.

Under the patronage of Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council, the Sharjah Contact Center of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau organised the activities of the third edition of the Sharjah Contact Centres Forum, in the city of Khorfakkan.

Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Information Bureau, said that the third edition of the forum was marked by many events and rich discussions by elite experts and specialists from several countries.

He added that the forum focused on the reality and future of call centres in the Arab world, and the need to keep pace with technical developments in this field, including artificial intelligence, to provide distinguished service to customers.

He continued that the forum presents new studies and ideas about this type of centres every year, hoping that the forum will represent a research and practical addition every year.
