The beach includes a jogging track, a bicycle track, sports fields, and children's play areas.

The project also includes the first professional skate park in Sharjah, and includes various tracks for all levels of skating sports, including skateboards, skate shoes, scooters and BMX bicycles, and includes a children's track surrounding the skate park, taking into account the highest standards of safety and security.

The park project comes within the framework of a partnership between Shurooq and the world-class scooter Dakota Schuetz, known by the nickname Kota, and winner of the World Scooter Association Championship title four times.

The project includes 3 sections, each containing 6 units, in harmony with the surrounding environment, which includes a walkway, a marina, and spaces that include a number of restaurants and cafes.

It also will accommodate more than 100 yachts and boats of different sizes, surrounded by a garden, and includes a club dedicated to guests and owners of boats and yachts, providing them with a unique and integrated experience.
