Sharjah24: The Traffic and Licensing Services Center at the Sharjah Police organised a session dealing with focusing on customers, at the center's headquarters. The session was attended by a group of strategic partners and customers to enhance the quality of services provided to customers.

The session was witnessed by Lieutenant Colonel Khaled Mohammed Al Kay, Director of the Traffic Services and Driving Licensing Center, several ranking officers, along with the force's partners and customers.

The session allowed the partners and customers to share their ideas regarding the services provided to them, and the challenges they may face, and to consider the possibility of cooperation between partners to come up with new initiatives that would benefit society.

Lieutenant Colonel Al Kay confirmed that these sessions aim to find the best ideas and proposals that may contribute to developing some services to enhance customer satisfaction.
