Sharjah24: The Department of Islamic Affairs in Sharjah inaugurated the "Sidrat Al Muntaha" mosque in Al Morada 2 in the Al Suyoh suburb in Sharjah.

The mosque can accommodate 450 worshipers.

Abdullah Khalifa Yarouf Al Sabousi, Head of the Department of Islamic Affairs in Sharjah, inaugurated the mosque, accompanied by the donor to build the mosque, members of the mosque inaugurated committee in the department and residents of the suburb.

Al Sabousi stressed that Sharjah’s fame for its unique mosques comes from the tremendous support of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

He pointed out that "Sidrat Al Muntaha" mosque comes as a continuation of the department's plan to keep pace with the development plan of Sharjah, and a continuation of its path in building mosques in all suburbs and regions.
