Sharjah24: Babiker Diagen, Chairman of the National Council for the Regulation of Audiovisual Communication in Senegal, is honoured to be invited to the astonishing Global Media Congress, launched in Abu Dhabi at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, stressing that the UAE government is a pioneer in holding these kinds of events.

He believes that media has a strong impact on the future development of nations. It determines the progression of various fields such as agriculture, economy, and even media itself.

During his interview with “Sharjah 24”, he added that he was impressed with the UAE’s tolerance ministry and what Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, had said during his inauguration speech, which was “diversity is a source of strength”, and its absence causes conflicts all over the world.

He expressed his gratitude toward the UAE government, and he is looking forward to attending the marvelous event not only next year but every year.
