Sharjah24: The Sharjah Club Football Company announced the signing of Senegalese footballer Makiti Diop on a free transfer to support the first team during the coming period.

The contract was signed with the player in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah Al-Ajla, head of the club's football company.

Makiti Diop is one of the most prominent players in our league, having previously played for Al Dhafra and Shabab Al Ahli clubs.

Sharjah is preparing to face Al Wahda next Friday in the final of the President's Cup at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain.
