Sharjah 24: Sharjah's Arab Cultural Club hosted its annual art exhibition for the children of club members. Ahmed Hilouz, director of the club's technical committee and exhibition supervisor, says that lessons and workshops led by artists provide creative training for children.

Artworks ranging from Mother's Day to the UAE's National Day, as well as International Women's Day, are on show. There are also numerous landscapes and Arabic calligraphy pieces, as well as recycled-materials crafts and coloured works on glass, cardboard, and raw materials.
 
On the sidelines of the exhibition, the club honoured the artist, Rihab Sidam, for what she had provided the club's children over the years.
