Sharjah 24: Chess player Aisha Mohammed Al-Ma’ini, of the Chess and Culture Club for Sharjah Women, won the Czech Championship Chess Tournament, which was held with the participation of elite international players around the world. She also won the best player title in the tournament, while player Hanan Khalil Al Hosani won the tenth place in the tournament.

The tournament competitions were held within the external camp in which the club’s players participated from 1 to 9 July, where 12 players were represented by the club. The tournament covered 78 international titles.

Al-Ma’ini expressed her happiness with the achievement she made, stressing that this distinction is a motivation for her to achieve more success during the coming period.

Iman Al Ali, head of the club's delegation participating in the Czech championship, confirmed that the club's players had a special experience during the participation in the championship activities that were held on the sidelines of the camp activities.
