Sharjah24: Sharjah Department Human Resources (SDHR) organised 3 training programs for Sharjah government employees, which aims to spread administrative and job awareness, acquaint them with laws and keep abreast of regulations and their developments. It included the administrative education program, administrative investigation, and an explanation of the executive regulations for human resources in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The programs were held through visual communication techniques, where 230 male and female employees were attended from all functional levels in the departments, institutions and bodies of the Sharjah government in all the cities of the emirate and its central and eastern regions.

The training plan intends to continue implementing these programs in new groups during the coming months of this year, to ensure the inclusion and inclusiveness of all government employees and to provide an opportunity for everyone to attend. Continuing to hold these programs also contributes to keeping abreast of all updates of laws and regulations that may occur during the year.

These training programs contribute to ensuring the rights of all employees, defining their duties, facilitating the explanation of the law, clarifying its information, and ensuring the integrity of its application.
