Sharjah24: The Dibba Al-Hisn Municipality has confirmed the completion of all its preparations to welcome the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, stressing on its role in monitoring all the food establishments and markets and implementing several inspection campaigns and visits to ensure adherence to healthy controls and all precautionary measures.

His Excellency Talib Abdullah Al Yahyai, Director of Dibba Al Hisn Municipality has highlighted the significant role of the Municipality on such occasions to implements various inspection campaigns, aiming at promoting the health of the community’s members. 

The Director of the Municipality of Dibba Al-Hisn indicated that the municipality's abattoir opens its doors to visitors after the blessed month of Ramadan, from Saturday to Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm, and works on Friday from 8 am to 11 am, and from 8 am to 11 am. The evening works from 2 pm to 6 pm, where the slaughter will be under medical supervision by veterinarians, while the fish market operates during weekdays from 8 am to 9 pm, and the vegetable, fruit and bird market in the city works during weekdays from 8 am Until 11 pm.

Al Yahyai added that the Municipality paid special attention to the slaughterhouse, and put in place all necessary preventive health measures in line with the current conditions, to provide services to the public according to the highest standards.

He noted that the people of the city can access the website of the Municipality of Dibba Al-Hisn city: www.dhmun.shj.ae, to request the electronic reservation service for slaughter, in addition to achieving the principle of physical distancing.

Al Yahyai announced that the Municipality’s Engineering Services Department has decorated the streets, roundabouts, public squares, parks and main intersections with colourful islamic decorations and luminous figures that spread joy and happiness in the hearts of the people during the Eid Al-Fitr. 

On this happy occasion, His Excellency Al Yahyai extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership and to all the people of Dibba Al-Hisn, calling on the Almighty to return this honourable occasion to the government and people of the United Arab Emirates with prosperity.
