Sharjah 24: More than 35 unique Eid-themed programmes will be broadcast on Sharjah Broadcasting Authority’s television and radio channels and stations, as well as selected films and comic plays that will bring joy to viewers' and listeners, as part of the celebrations.

On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, Sharjah TV will air eight different programmes, each highlighting a different aspect of the culture and tradition of the UAE's Arab and European populations, as well as programmes honouring the country's rich poetic and historical past.

Al-Wusta has dedicated a number of films and plays to the Eid occasion.

To celebrate Eid Al Fitr, the Al Sharqiya TV from Kalba will broadcast five special programmes, while the Sharjah Sporting Channel will offer a bundle of programmes and coverage, as well as new sports events.

Sharjah Radio has allotted 18 Eid-themed programmes, including three live broadcasts, while Radio Plus 95 will continue to play an important role in promoting family-friendly tourist locations through a wide range of programming.
