Sharjah24: On the sidelines of the 1st Ramadan Padel Tennis Championship (RPTC), being hosted by the Sharjah Events website of Sharjah Government Media Bureau, His Excellency Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau stressed that the sport event witnessed a large turnout from government institutions, with the participation of 80 teams.

The Sharjah Government Employees Ramadan Padel Tennis Championship, held under the patronage of Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council, got off to a spirited start Monday at the Padel Point Stadium in Sharjah. The first Padel Tennis Championship is hosted by the Sharjah Events website of Sharjah Government Media Bureau.

Speaking on the occasion exclusively to “Sharjah24”,  the Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau has emphasised that the Championship aims to be an employees’ engagement forum, contributing to making the best possible use of time through the participation of such useful sports championship.

Concluding his statement, His Excellency Tariq Saeed Allay pointed out that the Sharjah Government Media Bureau organises every year the Ramadan Majlis, which deals with many cultural and artistic topics, in addition to the organisation of many diverse events that suit different groups of society.
