Sharjah 24: Ahmed Al Zahid, Head of the Media Unit at the Dubai International Holy Quran Award, explained that the closing day of the award’s Silver Jubilee witnessed the honouring of ten winners, a speech by the Islamic personality, and a screening of a documentary film about the award.

The Head of the Media Unit at the Dubai International Holy Quran Award stated that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, received the top ten winners, members of the award's organising committee, and members of the jury committee. In addition the Islamic personality of the award was at the forefront of the attendance, Sheikh Ibrahim Al Akhdar bin Ali Al Qayyim in the closing ceremony.

Al Zahid indicated, in statements to "Sharjah 24", that the closing ceremony witnessed the presence of Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who honoured the winners in the hall of the Culture and Science Association in Dubai.
