SP develops a comprehensive plan to welcome Ramadan

Sharjah24: The General Command of Sharjah Police confirmed its readiness to welcome the blessed month of Ramadan with an integrated security and traffic plan, with the aim of strengthening comprehensive preventive and security measures at the level of the emirate to ensure security and safety during the holy month of Ramadan.
His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director General of Central Operations at Sharjah Police, said that all departments were prepared to enhance public safety during the blessed month of Ramadan, and provide all kinds of support and immediate response, noting that all security, traffic, and civil patrols will carry out their tasks according to the prepared plans in the city of Sharjah and the central and eastern regions.

He explained that Sharjah Police took several measures to combat all improper behaviuors during the holy month, stressing the vital role of the community members in combating these behaviours by reporting them immediately through the official channels designated by them; such as the hotline of the Criminal Investigation Department, 80040, or the 901 call center, or the “Hares” service available through the smart application of the Sharjah Police, or its website.

The Director General of Central Operations at Sharjah Police also emphasised that the operating room is ready around the clock to deal with all the communications that are received quickly and in accordance with the standards of quality and efficiency, calling on the public not to hesitate to call 999 when they encounter any emergency or request assistance.

He also called the members of the public to abide by preventive and precautionary measures that ensure the preservation of public health and safety and to cooperate with police agencies in enhancing security and safety.
