Dubai GDRFA honours Sharjah men’s handball team

Sharjah 24: Following the achievements of the handball team in Sharjah Sports Club, the Department of Naturalisation and Residency in Dubai honoured the team's player, Mohammed Ismail, an employee in the department, and all the team members.
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai honoured the men’s handball team in Sharjah Sports Club, which has won 3 titles so far in the 2021-2022 season, namely the General League Championship, the Vice President’s Cup, and the Local Super Cup.  

The honouring is in appreciation of the efforts of Sharjah goalkeeper and the national team, Mohammed Ismail, an employee at GDRFA who made an outstanding contribution with the Sharjah Sports Club, the honouring is also in line with achieving the aspirations and goals of the GDRFA in honouring the distinguished employees and strengthening relations and cooperation with various state institutions.

The honouring ceremony, which was held at the headquarters of GDRFA, was attended by His Excellency Lieutenant-General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA in Dubai, His Excellency Mohammed Obaid Al Hussan, Board Member of Sharjah Sports Club and Head of the Collective Games Department, Mohammed Al Qaseer, Executive Director of the Club, and Jassim Mohammed Eastern handball supervisor.

His Excellency Mohammed Obaid Al Hussan extended his thanks for honouring Sharjah men’s handball team.
