Sharjah24: The Electricity Distribution Department of the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) obtained the latest version of the ISO certificate for the quality management system (IS0 9001:2015), which is a global quality management system that aims to implement several standards and use them as a tool for institutional development, through a set of procedures, focusing on achieving quality to meet the needs of customers.

Dr. Eng. Hassan Al Zarooni, Director of the Electricity Distribution Department, confirmed that the Authority adopts the best practices in its technical and administrative systems and seeks to efficiently implement the approved international quality standards in its services provided to customers. He noted that the department had obtained the latest version of the ISO certificate (IS0 9001. 2015), confirming its commitment to applying quality management standards, observing occupational health and safety standards, and protecting employees, visitors, and customers.
