Mleiha Club brings together 22 clubs to the “Knights of Culture”

Sharjah 24: Mleiha Sports Club held an event, at the headquarters, to be the first event after the corona virus. The event included a number of clubs in the Emirate of Sharjah.
Mleiha Sports Club presented, within its agenda for 2022, its competition called “Knights of Culture”, which was held under its slogan for this year (Sultan… Fifty Years of Giving) attracting 22 clubs and institutions.  Knights of Culture” became one of the most important fora on the events map of the club and the Sharjah Sports Council in the Government of Sharjah.

Representatives of Sharjah clubs and institutions operating in the central region of the Emirate of Sharjah met in the “Knights of Culture” competition inviting the clubs to participate and compete in all fields of sports, cultural, artistic, national and geographic knowledge and coordinate with the Sharjah Sports Council to circulate to all clubs to participate and nominate their representatives.


His Excellency Muhammad Sultan Al Khasouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Sports Club, and His Excellency Abdullah Saeed Al Ajid Al Ketbi, Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Committee followed the course of the competition. 

The competition covered different fields to achieve its goals aimed at raising the level of culture and knowledge in the clubs in order to consolidate the purposeful cultural aspects and cultural interest and familiarity with all that is new in science and knowledge to promote progress in the cultural and social path in all sports and community institutions, allocating a number of the cimpetition questions about His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and His Highness’s achievements in the past fifty years.

At the end of the competition, His Excellency Muhammad Sultan A -Khasouni, accompanied by His Excellency Abdullah Saeed Al Ajid Al Ketbi, a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Cultural and Social Committee, honoured the winners of the competition and awarded them financial prizes.
