SP honours members who made major institutional contributions

Sharjah 24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police (SP), stressed the importance of motivating and encouraging distinguished members of Sharjah Police in their field of work who contribute to the development and regulation of mechanisms and methods.
During an honouring ceremony organised by the Strategy and Performance Development Department at the Police Academy Theatre in Sharjah, Major General Al Shamsi stated, "The Sharjah Police General Command's objectives include achieving excellence and creativity in institutional work. This is accomplished by creating a positive work environment based on trust and fostering happiness, as well as motivating employees to work in a team spirit, resulting in more distinguished, innovative, and giving employees, which will have a beneficial effect on achieving results and successes at the global pioneering level, in accordance with the directives and vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council.”

The celebration honoured 12 teams who were successful in implementing institutional policies and achieving remarkable assessment scores in 2021, who provided the best, so positively impacting the development of work in all disciplines.

Major General Saif Al Shamsi also honoured the work team for organising the Innovation Month 2022 events in Sharjah in February, which included a number of female students from Sharjah's Higher Colleges of Technology.
