Sharjah24: Committed to creating modern high-end residential projects that meet the needs of residents, Alef Group has launched the fourth and final building in Sawa residential cluster in Al Mamsha Seerah. It forms part of the group’s Al Mamsha project, which is not only one of the most vital mixed-use projects in Sharjah but also the first-ever walkable community. Sawa 4 consists of 145 housing units, including modern one-, two- and three-bedroom units with different designs.
Issa Ataya, CEO of Alef Group, stated that the completion of the four Sawa buildings was spurred on by great demand from investors keen to take advantage of real estate opportunities in the local market, especially in high-end mixed-use developments such as Al Mamsha. He added that the group continues to work towards launching projects that meet the needs of residents and investors looking for strategically located residential communities that combine distinction, modernity, and contemporary designs with nature views.

Al Mamsha project is distinguished by its strategic location on Sheikh Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi Street near the University City of Sharjah, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Sharjah International Airport. It consists of ten buildings spread across three clusters. Both Sawa and the first cluster, Suroor, which was launched last year, have four buildings each. Plans for the third cluster are set to be announced soon.

Al Mamsha Sharjah combines modern living, retail, and entertainment facilities within a vibrant and tech-savvy environment. Alef has carefully considered the project’s architectural design to ensure the implementation of international best practices and the optimal use of space and has incorporated ample walking paths, green spaces, and open areas to purify the air and reduce temperatures by 8-10C˚.
