Sharjah24: General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, witnessed the activities of the seventh edition of UAE National Sports Day, with the wide participation of Sharjah Police officers and employees.

Held on Wednesday at the Police Club, The National Sports Day included a set of sports activities, such as racewalking a kilo and a half, and a 50-meter sprint competition, penalty kicks, and the shot put, creating a competitive atmosphere among the participants.

The sporting event also included announcing the winners of the Padel Tennis competition, which was held last week.

Al Shamsi stressed the importance of the National Sports Day, according to the directives of our rational government, which has an immense impact on a person's daily life and health and its role in raising the police members’ physiques.
