Sharjah 24: His Excellency Ernst Peter Fischer, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to United Arab Emirates, expressed great honour to present Her Excellency Manal Ataya, Director General of Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA), the Order of Merit, conferred by the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier,

In an exclusive statement to “Sharjah 24”, His Excellency added that this comes in recognition of Her Excellency’s outstanding efforts and contribution for building cultural bridges between the Emirate of Sharjah, the UAE and Germany.
