SRTI Park to launch ICPM 2022 on Tuesday

Sharjah24 : The sixth edition of International Conference of Pharmaceutics and Medicine ICPM 2022 , will launch on Tuesday and will continue until January 20, at The Sharjah Research, Technology, and Innovation Park (SRTI Park) with the participation of a large number of pharmacists, doctors, dentists, public health, specialists and innovators, in addition to a wide participation of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and domestic and international dental and biotechnology products in the accompanying exhibition.
ICPM 2022 will address the challenges facing pharmaceutical companies, as it will be held this year under the slogan “Building a culture of innovation and technology in the health field.”

Hussain Al Mahmoudi, Executive Director of SRTI Park , stressed the SRTI Park’s role in hosting exhibitions and conferences of specialisation in vital sectors, within the main objectives of the SRTI Park, to support the economic growth of the health sector in Sharjah according to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to enhance the role of the SRTI Park in linking the efforts of private sector institutions, government agencies and academic institutions to support applied scientific and technological research to carry out investment activities in different and specific sectors and to support the UAE’s orientations towards a knowledge economy.

Al-Mahmoudi clarified the role of SRTI Park in hosting exhibitions and conferences of specialisation in vital sectors, within the main objectives and themes of the SRTI Park.

For his part, Dr. Abdullah Al Kindi, Chairman of the Conference’s Organising Committee, stressed the conference’s role in attracting specialised companies to support the medical field, and reaching important partnerships that contribute to achieving the goals of the conference. He also referred to the active participation of universities and academic institutions that enrich the conference with modern medical research and projects.

The conference is expected to attract more than forty researchers, organise 35 scientific lectures, and three workshops. Lectures in the pharmaceutical, medical and academic fields will be presented, with the participation of major local and international companies, in addition to organising workshops and lectures with credit hours in health fields.
