Sharjah24: Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of UAE, Al Burda Festival, an initiative launched by the UAE Ministry of Culture and Youth to be a platform to celebrate Islamic culture and arts, was launched.

His Excellency Ali Al Shaali, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Youth and Assistant to the Heritage and Arts Sector confirmed that the festival comes under the theme "Transcending Spaces, Discovering the World", in cooperation with more than 29 strategic partners.

His Excellency Ali Al Shaali indicated in exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24" that the festival includes 200 participants in the main sessions, 150 participants in the Ideas Council, 57 various sessions and performances inspired by the cultures of the Islamic world, 16 workshops and 7 discussion and dialogue sessions featuring the most prominent international figures. , more than 50 artworks participating in the festival and more than 10 live performances from the Middle East, Asia and Africa, as well as watching documentaries, feature films and cartoons for children.
