Sharjah24 – Reuters: Hollywood Actor Keanu Reeves made an appearance at Cineplex's Scotiabank Theatre in his hometown of Toronto, Canada on Thursday (December 16) for the Black Carpet Premiere of his new action film "The Matrix Resurrections".

"The Matrix Resurrections" sees Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss reunite in their roles as Neo and Trinity in the fourth film in the series.

Directed by Lana Wachowski, the film takes the characters back and even deeper into the Matrix, showing fans a "familiar yet even more provocative world", according to a press release.

The sequel also stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Neil Patrick Haris, Jonathan Gross, Christina Ricci and Jada Pinkett Smith.

"The Matrix Resurrections" will be released in the U.S. and on streaming service HBO Max on December 22.
