Sharjah 24: Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), witnessed the celebration of the UAE Embassy of the UAE’s Golden Jubilee in the United States.

The SSC’s delegation headed by Al Hazami participated in the Zayed Charity Marathon in New York.

Al Hazami was delighted to participate in the two events. He stated that celebrating the Golden Jubilee had a special atmosphere for it was held abroad.

The marathon race, initiated by Senator Thomas Kevin, a US Senate, was successful. Thousands of Americans participated in the marathon. The result showed how far the UAE, which was founded by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, has come.
