His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, in his speech to the Sharjah children, who belong to the Sharjah children Parliament, provides special parental advice from a wise leader who knows how nations and civilisations are built, and knows full well where the beginnings come from to build a conscious society that loves its homeland, and chooses the appropriate timing for the discourse, choice, and the required meanings, with real impact, so that society in the future will have the best children.

In this talk from the Sultan of Sharjah to the children of today and the generations of tomorrow, he seeks to entrust them with the importance of building character from now on, which is the key to qualifying for leadership. Today, this is the duty of wise leaders, to rehabilitate the society through the individual, and tomorrow it will be the role of those who have been rehabilitated today, thus preserving the society’s entity, originality, progress and development, by caring for today’s children, and raising them properly to be qualified, educated, and leaders of civilisation and development in tomorrow.

His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah laid three foundations for Sharjah. The first rests on the children themselves, which is self-confidence, because it represents a strong and solid foundation upon which all other actions are based, and upon which is based the enhancement of skills, talents and capacity building.

The second and third foundations laid down by His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, are: science and knowledge. They are two main conditions that contribute to upgrading the personality, encouraging it and providing it with science and knowledge, and they are the first two principles that the Emirate of Sharjah is working on to qualify and train children to be future leaders.

In this speech, His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, declares to the children and their families, and to all community leaders, that they have to build from today to be reassured about the future of society, the nation and the children themselves.
