Sharjah24 – Reuters: Musicians and celebrities including Ed Sheeran, Taika Waititi and Kim Petras walked the red carpet for 2021's MTV Europe Music Awards which returned as an in-person event in Hungary's capital, Budapest.

Musicians and celebrity guests from around the world hit a custom-made red carpet at the Papp Laszlo Budapest Sport arena indoor arena in the Hungarian capital on Sunday for this year's MTV Europe Music Awards.

The annual awards show, which takes place in a different location each year, returned as an in-person event on Sunday following a virtual edition last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The theme and slogan for Sunday's event was "Music for ALL".
