Sharjah24: Dr. Rashid Ahmed Al Mazrouei, a researcher in the field of heritage, revealed that the lecture "Documenting the names of places in the region, titles and semantics", organised by Sharjah Institute for Heritage, Al Dhaid Branch, at the Cultural Center, comes within the framework of the project of the glossary of names and places in the central region, which is being worked on it currently.

He explained to "Sharjah 24" that the lecture dealt with documenting the names of places and locations in the central region, and how to classify these names according to the terrain.

Al Mazrouei pointed out that the dictionary project aims to document and preserve these names for future generations, and to preserve them from extinction.
