Sharjah24: The Sharjah Entrepreneurship Foundation (Ruwad) affiliated to Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD), concluded its leadership skills virtual training programme , with the participation of 23 entrepreneurs affiliated in Ruwad.

The programme was presented by the researcher, economic expert and advisor in the development of investment projects, Mohamed Al-Mahri.

Building on this, His Excellency Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Director of the Ruwad Foundation, affirmed that main role of the entrepreneur at the present time is not limited to just managing the operations of his project or company, but has become to be more aware of its responsibilities that enable him to achieve its project goals. 

Al Mahmoud declared that success in the project requires possessing a variety of specialised leadership skills that contribute to creating a positive environment for his employees, and make him able to decide the right decisions to face challenges in his work.
